SHIPPING POLICY Thank you for shopping at nourvara! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your package is processed and delivered.

  1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  2. Shipping Estimates for the United States We proudly ship to customers across the United States. Our estimated delivery transit times are as follows: Standard Shipping takes approximately 3 to 6 business days to arrive after the order has been processed. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier peak seasons.

  3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or local import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our base shipping rates unless stated otherwise.

  4. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

  5. Wrong Address and Delivery Issues It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. nourvara is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.

  6. Damages and Lost Packages Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass onto you. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can help you open an investigation with the transport company.
